FROM PLAYING FOOTBALL ON WEEKENDS AS A CHILD, TO TRAINING IN BOXING AND OTHER MARTIAL
ARTS THROUGH HIS TEENS, REECE BEGAN COACHING AS A VOLUNTEER AT HIS LOCAL BOXING
GYM. BEGINNING HIS RESEARCH INTO STRENGTH TRAINING TO HELP BOOST HIS PERFORMANCE
WITHIN MUAY THAI AND JIU JITSU AT THE TIME.
WANTING TO HELP A WIDER VARIETY OF PEOPLE ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS WITHIN FITNESS, REECE
STARTED HIS PERSONAL TRAINING COURSE IN 2019, BEGINNING HIS CAREER AS A PERSONAL TRAINER IN PUREGYM THAT SAME YEAR.
NOW WITH 5 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE OF 1-1 COACHING AND COACHING CLASSES, HAS RACKED UP
